1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:

- You cancelled your subscription before the renewal date but were still charged.
- The service was completely unavailable for an extended period of time.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Generally, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after using the service to create and download a resume.
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date (except as noted above).
- Partial use of the subscription period.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@resumeupnow.com within 14 days of the charge. Please include your order details and the reason for your request.
4. Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days).
